Celebrity unveils 2019-20 Alaskan, Pacific Coastal deployment
The cruise line will be offering longer stays and unique tours onboard three ships -Solstice, Eclipse and Millennium By Travel Weekly Asia Sailing from Vancouver through the Inside Passage to the iconic Hubbard Glacier, Celebrity Cruises’ 2019 Alaska cruise season offers 13 destinations with more than 40 extended port visits and a range of experiences. Three ships (Celebrity Solstice, Celebrity Eclipse, and Celebrity Millennium) will ferry guests around the region on seven-night itineraries, which offer shore excursions designed to acquaint guests with all of Alaska’s must-see wonders. To kick off the season, Celebrity Millennium will be emerging from the ‘Celebrity Revolution,’ a large investment the brand is undertaking to modernise its fleet. On top of the updated ship, the cruises will offer longer port visits and unique cruise tour experiences. Aboard the Celebrity Eclipse guests will sail from Vancouver, visiting Ketchikan, Juneau, Hubbard Glacier, and more. Celebrity Millennium take a Seward-to-Vancouver (or vice versa) route while Celebrity Solstice embarks from Seattle for a roundtrip exploration that visits Victoria, Ketchikan, Skagway, Juneau, and traverses the incredible Tracy Arm Fjord.
